To help us help you faster, please include:
- Your ProtoScan version (shown in the footer of the app and in Settings).
- Your operating system and how you installed (the one-line installer is the supported path).
- What you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any relevant output from
sudo journalctl -u protoscan.
Never send secretsDon't include passwords, API keys, SNMP community strings or full configuration files in an email. Redact anything sensitive before sharing logs.
Responsible disclosure
We take security seriously. If you discover a vulnerability, email security@protoscannetwork.com with details and steps to reproduce. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and release a fix before any public disclosure. We're grateful to everyone who helps keep ProtoScan users safe.
